Job Summary

The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading and executing strategic operational initiatives within the organization. This hands-on, field-intensive position emphasizes the seamless implementation of new products, processes, and technologies, bridging the gap between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives.
• Drive on-ground implementation of new products, technologies, and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and implementation challenges, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure project success.
• Increase adoption of products and technologies by working directly with field teams.
• Gather feedback from operations and convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Spend significant time on the field during critical project phases, including extended working hours when required.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA from a Tier-1/Pedigree institution.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
• Skills:
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, Last-Mile Operations, or Technology-enabled Operations (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato, Delhivery, Porter, Uber, Rapido, Amazon, Flipkart).

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.

Environment

• Work schedule consists of 6 days a week with extensive field travel. The role is based in Bangalore and demands significant time spent in operational environments.

Salary

• CTC: Up to 25 LPA.
