Job Summary

The Celonis Implementation Expert will leverage their extensive experience in process mining and Celonis EMS implementation to drive impactful process improvements within the organization. This role is integral to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Celonis EMS for process mining projects.
• Perform data modeling, event log extraction, and ETL processes to ensure accurate data integration.
• Create and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action flows to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Celonis functionalities and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and propose actionable solutions based on data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Celonis EMS implementation.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, event log extraction, ETL processes, and Celonis PQL scripting.
• Experience integrating Celonis with systems like Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and delivering value-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional process mining tools or methodologies.
• Knowledge of advanced Celonis functionalities and features.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with at least 3 years focused specifically on Celonis EMS and process mining.
