Role Overview
As a mid-senior BD manager at UniScholars, you will be the architect of our B2B lead generation
ecosystem. You won’t just be closing deals; you will be building a sustainable network of strategic
partners, including test-prep centers, colleges, and digital aggregators, to fuel our student acquisition
funnel. You will own the entire lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to long-term account
management.

Partnership Strategy: Identify, reach out to, and onboard high-potential partners (B2B) that
cater to students aspiring for global education.
Lead Pipeline Management: Design and execute tie-up models that ensure a consistent,
high-quality flow of leads for our counseling and finance verticals.
Revenue & Growth: Negotiate commercial terms, revenue-sharing models, and SLAs that
align with UniScholars’ unit economics.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, conducting
regular performance reviews to optimize lead conversion rates.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify "blue ocean" partnership
opportunities before the competition.
