Job Overview:<br /> As a Product Manager - Fraud, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our fintech products<br /> from fraudulent activities. You will be responsible for the development and management of fraud<br /> detection and prevention products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams,<br /> utilizing data analytics to identify fraudulent patterns, and staying ahead of emerging fraud<br /> trends.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> ● Lead the end-to-end management of fraud detection and prevention products.<br /> ● Develop and implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies tailored to a fintech<br /> environment.<br /> ● Utilize advanced data analytics to identify fraudulent activities and drive product<br /> enhancements.<br /> ● Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support teams.<br /> ● Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new fraud tactics.<br /> ● Implement and refine fraud detection tools to meet the evolving needs of the business.<br /> ● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and fraud<br /> prevention effectiveness.<br /> Requirements:<br /> ● Atleast 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on fraud detection<br /> and prevention in the fintech industry.<br /> ● Familiarity with US BSA/AML regulations(preferred)<br /> ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven<br /> decisions.<br /> Reporting Manager<br /> CTO
