Job Summary
The Pega Developer / Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing solutions utilizing the Pega V8.x platform. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing applications within the Healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Appeals and Grievance Management (AGM). The individual will collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and implement solutions using the Pega V8.x platform.
- Work on integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity with external systems.
- Utilize Appeals and Grievance Management (AGM) Pega framework within the Healthcare domain to design and enhance applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
- Pega CSA certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Pega integration concepts and application development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Pega V8.x version.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare domain, specifically Appeals and Grievance Management (AGM).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Pega development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in other Pega frameworks would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Pega development is required, with a focus on relevant projects and applications.
