Job Summary

The Shoot & Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and website banners. Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos that align with brand standards for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and website banners.
• Film interviews, customer stories, product usage shots, and behind-the-scenes footage at farms, stores, or wellness events.
• Edit videos incorporating transitions, music, subtitles, and effects while ensuring brand alignment.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create cohesive wellness-themed storytelling formats.
• Organize and archive footage, maintaining a clean and easily retrievable video database.
• Stay current with video trends and adapt content styles accordingly, including the use of trending audio and wellness storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shooting and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts).
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, audio clean-up, and lighting techniques.
• Familiarity with shooting using mobile devices and DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
• Ability to create fast-paced and aesthetically pleasing content that aligns with wellness and sustainability themes.
• Bonus: Skills in animation or motion graphics for educational content.
