Our AI-native platform converts 360° site visuals — captured via helmet-mounted and magnet-mounted cameras — into real-time intelligence for QA/QC, progress monitoring, and compliance. We are experiencing early enterprise adoption across India and abroad.

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-cycle Account Executive who will own enterprise deals from start to finish. This role is integral to our sales strategy as the first senior sales hire, working closely with the founders while possessing the autonomy to manage deals independently. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing the sales pipeline, conducting negotiations, and driving commercial strategies that lead to successful contract closures.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of named accounts across General Contractors (GCs), developers, and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) consultants, focusing on Tier-1 builders, top residential and commercial developers, and leading design & Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms.
  • Conduct full-cycle sales activities including outbound prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, pilots, technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Drive deals to a signature-ready state independently, managing scope, site identification, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with minimal strategic input from founders.
  • Navigate enterprise procurement processes specific to the Indian construction industry, including legal reviews and vendor onboarding, to ensure smooth pilot-to-rollout transitions.
  • Represent Contineu at major industry events and forums (e.g., ACETECH, CREDAI events, BAUMA CONEXPO India) and convert conversations into sales opportunities.
  • Build and refine the sales motion, including identifying successful strategies by market segment and effective pilot-to-conversion methods.
  • Partner with founders and product teams to provide feedback that informs the product roadmap.
  • Mentor junior sales team members as the team expands.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in enterprise or mid-market sales, with at least 2–3 years in a closing role (Account Executive, Key Accounts, or Enterprise Sales).
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the ₹25L–₹2Cr Annual Contract Value (ACV) range within construction technology, proptech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in managing a complete procurement cycle with Tier-1 builders, large developers, or major AEC consultants without requiring support from founders.
  • Strong existing professional network within the construction and AEC sectors, including project heads, General Managers, QA/QC leads, procurement personnel, and CXOs.
  • Excellent commercial instincts, with the ability to maintain pricing integrity, structure effective pilot programs, and strategically decide when to walk away from deals.
  • Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience working at companies like Powerplay, SenseHawk, Zepth, RIB, Procore, Bentley, Autodesk, Trimble, or similar.
  • Educational background in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture.
  • Fluency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and ability to maintain your own sales pipeline.
  • Understanding of QA/QC processes, site monitoring, snagging, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or project control workflows.
  • Experience in early-stage or founding Account Executive roles, with comfort in dealing with ambiguity and developing operational playbooks.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in closing roles.

Environment

  • This is a remote position based in India, with significant travel required for site visits and industry events.
