<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p>
<p>The performance marketing associate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and achieving monthly revenue targets for our own website Plixlife.com through end-to-end management of digital marketing activities, optimization of performance & costs/CAC etc. on a day to day basis.</p>

<p>DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:</p>

<p>● Hands on experience with FB Ads Manager and Google ADs.</p>
</li>

<p>● 1-2 years of experience of which majority should be in a D2C ecommerce set up leading the performance marketing function</p>
</li>

<p>● Graduate</p>
</li>

<p>● Experience in handling large monthly budgets (6Cr+ monthly)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Good verbal/written communication skills in English</p>
