JOB TITLE: Head – Business Planning and CEO's office<br /> <br /> MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Develop and implement business plans, conducting financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.<br /> <br /> KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br /> <br />
- Strategic Planning & Drive Business<br /> o Lead the company's strategic business plans.<br /> o To drive marginal income as % of WNBP by driving right product mix and variable cost for channels.<br /> <br />
- Financial Analysis and Planning:<br /> o Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models and forecasts.<br /> o Analyze financial performance against strategic goals and KPIs.<br /> o Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to guide decisionmaking.<br /> <br />
- Operational Planning:<br /> o Collaborate with departments to align operational plans with strategic objectives.<br /> o Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational efficiency and effectiveness.<br /> <br />
- Stakeholder Management:<br /> o Work closely with senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders to communicate business plans and performance.<br /> o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of business plans.<br /> <br />
- Risk Management:<br /> o Identify potential risks to the business and develop mitigation strategies.<br /> o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.<br /> <br />
- Team development: o Retain the critical talent and groom all team members for next level.<br /> <br />
- CEO Office Management:<br /> o Managing special projects, representing the CEO in meetings, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior executives are essential for success in this position.<br /> <br />
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:<br /> <br />
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA premium institute or CA is preferred.<br />
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business planning, strategic planning, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.<br />
- Skills:<br /> o Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.<br /> o Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.<br /> o Proficient in using business intelligence tools and software.<br /> o Exceptional communication and presentation skills.<br /> o Strong leadership and team management capabilities.<br /> <br />
