Our understanding of the role is as follows:
- Looking for an incumbent with over 12 to 15 years of experience and a strong professional pedigree.
- The ideal candidate should preferably have a good understanding of mutual fund sales in all channels
- The role will report to the CMO - Saurabh Jain
- The team handling role will have 7 to 8 reportees covering the entire geography of South India
- Compensation: Up to 45 to 50 LPA on Fixed & Performance - Based Variable Pay.
- Pool to be tapped: Open to considering candidates from top AMCs handling retail sales.
