Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong experience in version control systems and scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices and familiarity with popular DevOps tools and platforms. The role requires the ability to manage and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, support release processes, and enhance automation strategies within Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce DevOps processes, including deployment and release management.
• Implement and maintain version control using tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Create and maintain custom scripts for automation of deployment and testing processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure stability and performance across environments.
• Support Salesforce metadata deployments and integrations with third-party tools.
• Document processes, best practices, and DevOps workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab).
• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Shell, Python, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools and technologies, including Salesforce DX.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools relevant to Salesforce environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps engineering.
