<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Professional to be part of our Special Project Sales Team. This role is designed for individuals who are deeply passionate about building the EV commercial industry and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. </span></span></span></p>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Sales Performance: Take full ownership of achieving aggressive sales targets for the new product/project.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Market Share: Develop and execute strategies to capture and expand market share targets as defined for the new initiative.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to design and implement efficient operational processes.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive studies of the market and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for the product, project, or expansion into new geographies.</span></span></span></li>

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">- A strong passion for the Electric Vehicle (EV) commercial sector.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">- MBA from Tier 1 college</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">- Proven track record in sales and achieving market growth.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">- Excellent communication and process-design skills.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">- An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to high performance.</span></span></span></p>
