Job Summary

As the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will lead and shape the Enterprise Applications practice. This role involves overseeing strategy development, practice growth, and the delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects, particularly focusing on SAP, Salesforce, Telco products (Amdocs and Netcracker), and BI products. You will play a strategic role with a vision for enhancing digital customer engagement and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for Enterprise Applications practice to position it as a leader in digital customer engagement.
• Practice Management and Expansion: Scale and evolve the Enterprise Applications practice; develop frameworks and methodologies that enable effective delivery.
• Offering Development: Create market-aligned offerings working with Sales and the larger practice ecosystem, ensuring effective conceptualization from sales to delivery.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Business Development: Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify new opportunities for Enterprise Applications solutions.
• Service Delivery Ownership: Lead and ensure the successful execution of large-scale Enterprise Applications implementations.
• Enterprise Applications Solution Expertise: Develop advanced capabilities in solutioning for various applications, nurturing a strong team of architects.
• Financial Management: Manage the practice’s P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and client-centricity.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, Master's) are preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in a leadership role within a top consulting firm or enterprise environment, focusing on Enterprise Applications consulting and implementation.
• Expertise: Proven expertise in SAP and other enterprise applications, including Salesforce from a CRM perspective.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of implementation at an enterprise level for SAP and CRM/BI solutions.
• Leadership Skills: Strong client engagement and relationship management skills, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities and business acumen.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and advanced data analytics tools.
• Experience in application modernization and integration platforms.

Experience

• 15+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle and overseeing P&L responsibilities.

Environment

• The position can be based out of Delhi-NCR. Typically, may involve both remote and in-office work models, accommodating team collaboration and client interactions.
