Job Summary

The Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for preparing and managing risk reports and dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of the information provided to stakeholders and top management. This role is essential for maintaining quality assurance in reporting processes and facilitating communication between business lines and stakeholders regarding key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare risk reports and dashboards regularly using data from various sources.
• Follow up with business lines on reported KPIs to clear any clarifications.
• Perform independent review of reports prior to distribution to stakeholders and top management.
• Provide training and assistance to stakeholders on technical or process queries as needed.
• Implement robust quality assurance checks and controls throughout the reporting processes.
• Govern and coordinate to provide timely updates on any production-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Provide support for identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Support ad-hoc requests for analysis of data.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or a similar discipline of risk identification and management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (Problem and Incident Management).
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Excel (tables, charts, pivot tables) & PowerPoint, and other reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Basic understanding of Risk Management Framework and ITIL processes.
• Strong influencing skills to achieve desired results without formal authority.
• Ability to work virtually across time zones and cultures in a flexible manner while maintaining work-life balance.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional reporting and data visualization tools.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years in a related role, especially in Operational Risk Management.
