About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, ROI-obsessed Head of Performance Marketing to lead ANNY’s digital growth engine across paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing. This role demands a perfect balance of analytical horsepower and creative intuition. The ideal candidate has owned ₹75L+ monthly budgets, consistently delivered 4+ ROAS, and knows how to scale performance across channels with precision. If you thrive on numbers but speak the language of brand — this is your playground.

 

What You’ll do:

● Growth Strategy: Lead ANNY’s performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest & more.
● Campaign Execution: Own full-funnel ad campaigns — from ideation to execution to performance optimization.
● Affiliate Marketing: Build and scale affiliate networks with publishers, influencers, and deal platforms to unlock incremental revenue.
● SEO Strategy: Oversee SEO roadmap with content, product, and tech teams to grow organic visibility and rankings.
● Creative Collaboration: Partner with content/design teams to launch ad creatives that convert and reflect the brand’s vibe.
● Analytics & Optimization: Deep-dive into ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR and make data-backed decisions to scale profitably.
● Channel Expansion: Explore and test new paid acquisition channels for diversified growth.
● Landing Page & CRO: Work with tech/design to improve conversion rate through better UX and performance-focused landing pages.

Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize multi-crore ad budgets with sharp efficiency and accountability.
● Team & Agency Management: Lead a team of media buyers, agencies, freelancers & SEO partners to deliver results.
