• Understand client requirements and align our solutions (products/services) to address specific business needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consultative and value-based selling.
• Build a strong pipeline through market research, industry networking, and participation in relevant forums/events.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Prepare business plans, proposals, and presentations tailored for BFSI clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting BFSI to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consultative and value-based selling.

Key Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development/sales of VAS / X-sell products with at least 4 years in BFSI domain.
• Strong understanding of BFSI landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging trends
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
