Retail Head:

• Senior role

• 40 Lac (stretch till 50), good ESOPs, depending on what they have know

• Not being able to close

• Good retail knowledge

• New age company, fast paced culture, getting retail dna (not aditya birla and all, lenskart is good)

• 40-45, wants to go to 100-150 stores next year

• 4 regional heads reporting into the role

• Beauty or skincare industry, because toothsi has skin vertical as well

• If not, then someone with retail background

• Company operated for now, but franchise owned is needed

• PnL will sit with them

• 40% of business is from retail

• 28*7 in the store + 10 supervisors
