<div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions<br /> &nbsp;Assists in coaching junior staff, by helping them to make decisions, solve problems, manage meetings and set goals, provides feedback on testing-related tasks, delegates and assigns testing responsibilities<br /> &nbsp;Works with clients in evaluating and implementing new technologies and offer strategies for new opportunities<br /> &nbsp;Assists management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization<br /> &nbsp;Ability to communicate technical aspects to people with non-IT background<br /> &nbsp;Ability to ensure that solutions developed by technical and product teams fit the business needs</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Required Skills&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>7+ years of experience in testing products functionally. Strong ownership. Ability to hire, train and build a QA team.<br /> Release management - liaison engineers, product managers and other teams.<br /> Test case management<br /> Able to troubleshoot the issues and do RCA<br /> Comfortable making sense of customer behavior from server logs, customer engagement platform, analytics platform.<br /> Excellent knowledge of HTTP, server, websockets and rest API<br /> Work closely with developers and product owners to understand the systems being tested.<br /> Experience with testing tools for Android and iOS (i. e., Android Studio, Android SDK, Charles proxy/proxy man, ADB, DDMS, Xcode, etc.).<br /> Comfortable with Linux, SQL, APIs, Postman<br /> Comfortable with cloud platforms<br /> Must have a background in the product-based industry.<br /> Must have team management experience.<br /> &nbsp;</div>
