Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist will serve as a key individual contributor responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition processes and supporting HR initiatives across the organization. The role emphasizes sourcing top talent for the Asset Management business while also contributing to HR functions to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. The candidate will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets and support HR projects, fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and functional roles within the Asset Management division.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, market mapping, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate experience enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape in Asset Management.
- Handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, ensuring quality hires and timely closures.
- Work with senior stakeholders to facilitate hiring decisions and close critical positions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and increase hiring efficiency.
- Utilize modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, recruitment technology, and automation to strengthen talent acquisition efforts.
- Maintain recruitment data, track progress, and provide regular updates on pipelines and closures.

HR Generalist (20%)
- Support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR Head on various people-related projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
- Bring a hands-on, agile, and solution-oriented approach to HR activities, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.
- Prior experience in Asset Management or Financial Services industry.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end hiring processes across diverse roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple mandates and drive them to closure.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology, automation tools, and modern sourcing platforms.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
