<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p>
<p>As an Account Manager, you will be the senior-most account person dedicated to the long-term delivery of work on a group of accounts. You will be partnering with the Art/Creative Directors to identify client needs, develop long-term work plans, determine solutions to client business challenges, and manage client contact. You will have to develop a thorough understanding of our clients and drive customer engagement as you will be responsible for streamlining processes for the entire client lifecycle from on-boarding to churn. Client interaction will be primarily driven by your team. You will be expected to provide guidance to the team and engage with clients during escalations.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Day to day management and successful long-term relationships with different accounts.</li>
<li>Handling operations and client management</li>
<li>Managing a team of key account managers.</li>
<li>End to end project management</li>
<li>Briefing the creative team, helping in the creation of a concept.</li>
<li>Facilitating communication between Client Service Operations & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment.</li>
<li>Focusing on the strategic aspects of maintaining and growing long-term relationships.</li>
<li>Establishing growth plans for teams and managed accounts</li>
<li>Strategizing and executing campaigns for clients.</li>
<li>Identifying prospective clients, establishing strategic partnerships and alliances</li>
<li>Working with senior management keeping them informed of new developments, service issues and new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Work with Planners to develop and drive brand strategy</li>
<li>Ensure client deliverables meet strategy requirements</li>
<li>Understand client business problems and identify initiatives and resources to provide</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BS/BA/MBA degree</li>
<li>A minimum of 5-8 years of related experience, preferably in digital marketing or in an advertising agency.</li>
<li>Experience in social media marketing (organic & paid)</li>
<li>Leadership and management skills.</li>
<li>Experience in relationship management, strong verbal and written communications skills</li>
</ul>
