Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant in R2R & Tax (Finance Domain)

Job Summary

The Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant in Record-to-Report (R2R) & Tax will play a critical role in the finance domain, contributing to the successful implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The consultant will leverage their extensive experience to configure, integrate, and optimize the R2R modules and Tax functionalities within the Oracle Cloud ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the Record-to-Report (R2R) modules including General Ledger (GL), Financial Accounting Hub, Intercompany Module, Smartview Reporting, and OTBI Reporting.
• Document functional specification documents as per MC.050 standards and collaborate with business teams and functional consultants.
• Conduct hands-on configurations in Oracle Cloud ERP to meet business requirements.
• Evaluate external system integrations with Oracle Cloud ERP and provide insights on fitment of requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any challenges in the functional areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in Oracle ERP and at least 5 years in implementation/support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with record-to-report modules and tax module functionalities.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP configurations.
• Experience in producing documentation including functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Smartview and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Experience in financial systems integration and optimization.

Experience

• Minimum of 7-9+ years in the finance domain with a focus on Oracle ERP systems, specifically in R2R and Tax.

Environment

• Hybrid work setting located in Gurgaon, allowing for a flexible blend of remote and in-office collaboration.

Salary

• Estimated salary of 18 Lakhs per annum (LPA).
