Job Summary

The Project Management role focuses on partnering with key stakeholders to build and execute security audits for Hotel IT solutions. Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and the Release Manager to build and execute a security audits plan for Hotel IT solutions.
• Manage the creation and tracking of Security Audits deliverables.
• Develop and execute project management plans and charters, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Anticipate business issues and challenges, collaborating with various groups to define and resolve complex problems that may impact project scope.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, managing and coordinating the planning of activities.
• Ensure effective project management, communication, and coordination across various stakeholders.
• Define and implement a solid collaboration framework and governance to orchestrate delivery streams.
• Maintain an execution roadmap and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success, measuring them to build a scorecard.
• Ensure delivery on time and on budget while keeping all parties informed and proactively addressing any deviations.
• Standardize processes to support project activities and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications
