The Project Management role focuses on partnering with key stakeholders to build and execute security audits for Hotel IT solutions. Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and the Release Manager to build and execute a security audits plan for Hotel IT solutions.
- Manage the creation and tracking of Security Audits deliverables.
- Develop and execute project management plans and charters, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Anticipate business issues and challenges, collaborating with various groups to define and resolve complex problems that may impact project scope.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, managing and coordinating the planning of activities.
- Ensure effective project management, communication, and coordination across various stakeholders.
- Define and implement a solid collaboration framework and governance to orchestrate delivery streams.
- Maintain an execution roadmap and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success, measuring them to build a scorecard.
- Ensure delivery on time and on budget while keeping all parties informed and proactively addressing any deviations.
- Standardize processes to support project activities and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve complex business issues effectively.
- Proven track record in managing deliverables and execution tracking.
- Experience in defining KPIs and measuring project success.
- Familiarity with collaboration frameworks and governance structures.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).
