Marketing and Operations Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and curious Marketing & Operations Intern who will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting project execution. As a key member of our core team, you will help identify new opportunities, optimize operational processes, and actively contribute to lead generation for our flagship product, Vajra. This internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare and SaaS operations within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads across hospitals and medical colleges.
• Identify new customer segments and revenue opportunities.
• Analyze user and operational data to derive actionable business insights.
• Assist in planning and monitoring project execution timelines.
• Coordinate with biomedical and implementation teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Track marketing campaigns and contribute to refining outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in healthcare, SaaS (Software as a Service), or operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to identify patterns and process improvement opportunities.
• Educational Requirement: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing strategy and campaign tracking.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
• Understanding of operations strategy and process optimization.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers and recent graduates).
• Relevant coursework, internships, or project work in marketing, operations, or healthcare will be advantageous.

Salary

• Estimated Salary Range: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 (for the duration of the internship).
