Job Summary

The Gen AI Engineer will focus on developing AI-first product features and integrating large language models (LLMs) into workflows. This role aims to enhance user engagement and product functionality by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Feature Development: Design and deliver AI-first product features such as contract summarization, semantic search, guided workflows, and benchmarking insights.
• LLM Integration & Orchestration: Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into product workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration solutions.
• RAG & Vector Search Implementation: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and embedding-based search using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Rapid Prototyping & Optimization: Experiment with prompts, models, and workflows to iterate and optimize user-facing outcomes.
• Full-Stack Contribution: Contribute across the stack: Python for AI workflows, and React + NestJS for seamless product integration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong experience (6–8 years) in full-stack development using React and Node.js (NestJS).
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and a strong understanding of AI product workflows.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks beyond the specified stack.

Experience

6–8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development with emphasis on AI applications and technologies.
