Job Title: Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore (Multiple Openings)
Function: Enterprise Sales – BFSI SaaS
Experience: 5–10 years
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification to deal closure – with CXO and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline with long-cycle (4–8 months) solution selling.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver effective demos and proposals.
- Navigate complex decision-making processes across large organizations.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Ability to do deep discovery, to understand client requirements, their budgets, and their decision making process is vital
- Strong exposure to solution/consultative selling of complex product, ideally selling to CFOs or finance transformation leaders.
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers in client organizations.
- Familiarity with large deal sizes and longer sales cycles (₹30L+ preferred).
- Based in Mumbai or Bangalore.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy, outcome-oriented, and comfortable with an entrepreneurial setup.
