Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Ruby on Rails (ROR) developers to join our team in Noida. As an ROR Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that drive our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, ensure code quality, and contribute to the overall success of our technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiar with version control systems, especially Git.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Capybara).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Proven track record of delivering web applications in a professional setting.
