Full Stack Founder Engineer

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Founder Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative digital solutions, combining strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise. In this founder-level role, you will play a critical part in shaping the product vision and technical direction, ensuring scalable, robust, and secure systems that drive the organization's success.

Responsibilities

• Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications using modern frameworks and languages.
• Architecture & Infrastructure: Establish scalable system architectures, manage databases, and oversee cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and debug features, ensuring high-quality and efficient code delivery.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify emerging technologies, propose improvements, and implement innovative solutions to support growth.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor team members, foster a collaborative environment, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
• Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Development Methodologies: Familiarity with agile and DevOps practices.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
