Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch production support for various Data Science engineering teams, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructures that support data science platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class production support for Data Science engineering, application development, and production Line-of-Business teams.
• Design, engineer, and implement critical infrastructure for Data Science platforms such as Alteryx, Dataiku, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Act as a Problem Manager to troubleshoot and resolve complex Technical Incidents, focusing on developing sustainable automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, hardware, platform services, cloud, and operations.
• Monitor and analyze MongoDB performance, with a focus on automation and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and change management guidelines.
• Provide occasional weekend or after-hours support.
• Develop and document best practices for ongoing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UNIX/Windows Administration, ideally 5+ years.
• Experience in Alteryx administration is desirable.
• Knowledge of analytic products such as Dataiku, Azure Synapse, and DataBricks is a plus.
• Ability to solve complex issues with solution-design thinking.
• DevOps experience with GitLab CI/CD and proficiency in PowerShell scripting skills or other programming languages.
• Proven track record of influencing IT stakeholders and business partners.
• A confident communicator capable of explaining technology to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern data science initiatives across sectors, including risk and finance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.

Salary

• WO Rate: ₹1.5 Lakhs, including markup.
