• Education: Engineering/Equivalent Degree in Packaging Technology • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of designing and successfully launching innovative packaging solutions. • Technical: Knowledge of Material science & Packaging Technology • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of FMCG business environment. • Communication: Speaks clearly, fluently and effectively to both individual and groups using appropriate style and language. • Presentation & Analytics: Proficient in power point presentations & Excel. Should be methodical, systematic and have logical reasoning • Interpersonal skills: Persuasive and influencing, customer service orientation, collaboration, motivates and empowers others in order to reach organizational goals, effective co-ordination with other stakeholders • Project Management: Ability to work on projects within defined timelines & managing constraints. • Global mobility preferred.
