Job Summary

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) technical programs. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and project timelines while collaborating with various cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM technical programs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and business partners to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Drive integration and technical implementation activities for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program updates and presentations using Google Slides, incorporating data visualization and progress tracking.
• Establish and enforce program governance, best practices, and continuous improvement processes.
• Support change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and integration tools.
  • Strong proficiency in program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Expertise in Google Slides for creating professional presentations.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle SaaS architecture, data migration, integration, reporting, and extensions.
• Experience with integration patterns and processes, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Project Management, specifically with Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
