As a fast scaling scrappy startup, that’s a basic need. • Picking up important projects that you notice Zappfresh is falling behind in, along with meeting KRA’s of your core role. This could range from helping the UX team to improve the customer experience to implementing sales intelligence tools to solve complex operations. • Collaboration across multiple teams. Whichever role you come in, there will be need to collaborate across multiple teams (ops, sales, product etc) to ensure success and speed of execution and growth. Also use this opportunity to continuously work on helping improve any breakages you notice in any other teams. • Regularly getting on the grounds to meet and understand the needs of customer. • Owning growth with revenue and P&L responsibilities • You are required to attack critical business bottlenecks to enable swift scale up for Zappfresh. • Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional work streams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring and training. • Working with the CRM team to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues • Developing a short-term and long-term strategy to optimize operations through an understanding of best practices and in line with each business unit goal. • Lead/Chair monthly performance review and set monthly, quarterly and annual KPI objectives and performance standards. • Ensure service delivery for profitable business growth. • Be able to drive the culture of tech adoption for scale-up and efficiency. • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging. • To create awareness and inform consumers about the services we offer • Required to combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms through innovative media campaigns. • Create and recommend changes in Digital Marketing Strategy for the company. • Ad operations on channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Native Ads, & other self-serve ad platforms. • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and messaging and audience identification. • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. • Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop integrated ad campaigns. • Continuously improve handle performance by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. • Collaborate with other teams (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis.
