Job Summary
Clicktech is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Business Finance Team. This role is crucial as it involves owning the Profit & Loss (P&L) for one of the product categories, responsible for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting, and analysis. The selected candidate will play a vital role in partnership with category leadership on strategic decisions and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner in financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling; Present recommendations to category leadership regarding strategic choices and future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the business team to drive essential business goals, including vendor terms improvement, operational costs, and contributions to Free Cash Flow.
- Provide controllership to the business and develop processes that enhance transparency and improve controls.
- Facilitate financial reviews with the business group and work alongside the category leader for effective finance and cost management.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis, forecasting product lines using key input levers, including pricing, selection, and convenience.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR) with data analysis, following through with the business team on actionable items to improve business metrics over time.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial book close process for the category.
Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP is preferable.
- Good communication skills, ability to multi-task, and to handle ambiguity.

- Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
