Channel Activation Lead
Opportunity
Ebco India is looking for Channel Activation Lead to develop, deploy, and monetize our loyalty
program while acting as the key link between sales and marketing. This role will be responsible for
designing and executing impactful channel activation programs, measuring their effectiveness, and
driving incremental revenue and brand performance.
Specific Responsibilities:
 Conceptualize, design, and execute a best-in-class influencer loyalty program.
 Develop a fully digital and data-driven loyalty platform for efficient user engagement and
management.
 Ensure the program delivers measurable business impact and aligns with enterprise value
targets.
 Work with technology partners to develop an intuitive, scalable digital interface.
 Define reward structures, engagement strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
 Track and optimize program performance through advanced analytics and market feedback.
 Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to create high-impact channel activation
initiatives.
 Develop and execute engagement strategies for key influencers to drive brand preference
and loyalty.
 Drive on-ground activations, influencer meets, and targeted interventions to increase
program adoption.
 Establish key metrics to measure activation program effectiveness and ensure revenue
impact.
 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure program alignment with overall business goals.
 Leverage analytics to track program performance, customer engagement, and financial
impact.
 Use insights to optimize incentive structures and maximize ROI.
 Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Skills/Requirements
 MBA preferred.
 8-10 years of experience with strong proven credentials in this space i.e industry best loyalty
program/ Specifier Management Program
 Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic and results-driven
 Reporting into CMO
