<div>Channel Activation Lead<br />
Opportunity<br />
Ebco India is looking for Channel Activation Lead to develop, deploy, and monetize our loyalty<br />
program while acting as the key link between sales and marketing. This role will be responsible for<br />
designing and executing impactful channel activation programs, measuring their effectiveness, and<br />
driving incremental revenue and brand performance.<br />
Specific Responsibilities:<br />
Conceptualize, design, and execute a best-in-class influencer loyalty program.<br />
Develop a fully digital and data-driven loyalty platform for efficient user engagement and<br />
management.<br />
Ensure the program delivers measurable business impact and aligns with enterprise value<br />
targets.<br />
Work with technology partners to develop an intuitive, scalable digital interface.<br />
Define reward structures, engagement strategies, and customer lifecycle management.<br />
Track and optimize program performance through advanced analytics and market feedback.<br />
Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to create high-impact channel activation<br />
initiatives.<br />
Develop and execute engagement strategies for key influencers to drive brand preference<br />
and loyalty.<br />
Drive on-ground activations, influencer meets, and targeted interventions to increase<br />
program adoption.<br />
Establish key metrics to measure activation program effectiveness and ensure revenue<br />
impact.<br />
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure program alignment with overall business goals.<br />
Leverage analytics to track program performance, customer engagement, and financial<br />
impact.<br />
Use insights to optimize incentive structures and maximize ROI.<br />
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.</div>
<div>Skills/Requirements<br />
MBA preferred.<br />
8-10 years of experience with strong proven credentials in this space i.e industry best loyalty<br />
program/ Specifier Management Program<br />
Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic and results-driven<br />
Reporting into CMO</div>
