Our vision is to be the number one destination for fashion-loving young women in India.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We want to enable young women to explore new and unique styles and brands without fearing judgement or getting the style wrong. Be it trying out a new category or silhouette or a way of dressing, we believe one can reach their own &lsquo;paradise&rsquo; only when they can discover new things and express that individuality. We are also building an open and honest community where there is a strong sense of belonging and being able to meet one&rsquo;s tribe of unique creators, unique style and brands.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>STUMBL is co-founded by incredible professionals with multiple successes across large companies and start-ups: Maruthy Ramgandhi who after stints with Amazon, AJIO, &amp; Mckinsey around the world was last at Bewakoof.com as their CTO. He is joined by Ayyappan Lakshmanan who was last the head of revenue at Bewakoof.com, prior to which he launched and managed multiple fashion brands and private-labels P&amp;L worth Rs 250 crore at Myntra. We are backed by Saama and Whiteboard Capital who have backed brands like PayTM, Sula, Chaipoint, Snapdeal, Damensch and Superbottoms at an early stage.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing who will play a key role in transforming the STUMBL brand into a preferred fashion destination for women of today - actively promoting its core differentiators in &lsquo;Discovery-led ecommerce product&rsquo;, &lsquo;real-time trends&rsquo; and &lsquo;creator curations&rsquo;. This leader will lead our &ldquo;go-to-market&rdquo; strategy and then subsequently drive brand awareness and sales through all marketing channels with well-designed and orchestrated brand campaigns. We want opinionated, passionate and out-of-the box thinkers to join our fun, driven and collaborative founding team at STUMBL.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement brand driven go-to market strategies. Strategise the holistic journey and create the best representation of the STUMBL brand that optimizes for the customer segments, and user perception and experience.</li> <li>Understand customers better and strategize how we can serve them better and turn them into advocates for the brand. Improve the experience to make the customer more engaged with the platform.</li> <li>Develop and oversee the brand planning process in collaboration with the Product, Performance Marketing and eCommerce team, optimizing a comprehensive marketing mix and strategy for consumer brand-interaction to encourage purchase behavior and increase LTV.</li> <li>Manage all content creation, creative strategies, and brand activations in synchrony with current brand guidelines.</li> <li>Lead development and refinement of brand messages, creative design, and customer-facing communication to attract new customers and nurture current customers alike.</li> <li>Develop weekly/monthly/annual brand marketing strategies and monitor the performance of those strategies in order to make necessary updates and improvements.</li> <li>Manage, train, and inspire our marketing team. Create a culture that promotes and rewards initiative, growth, experimentation, open communication and accountability.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of four years of brand marketing experience in a fashion or consumer digital business.</li> <li>The ideal candidate has experience in building new-age brands and implementing brand strategies to ignite internal growth and open new channels and opportunities in the digital ecommerce industry.</li> <li>The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and has a passion for building a sustainable, meaningful organization and business.</li> <li>Excellent communicator: builds trusted relationships, and clearly articulates key value propositions, processes and performance.</li> <li>Financially astute; expert understanding of key financial and marketing metrics that drive profitability and company success.</li> <li>Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; marketing education preferred.</li> <li>Astute eye for the aesthetic and a keen instinct for user experience in eCommerce.</li> </ul>
