Roles & Responsibilities:<br /> ● Own all things growth including performance marketing, partnerships and other<br /> activities to aid DTC growth<br /> ● Build strategy and Lead end to end implementation of all Digital marketing<br /> efforts including platforms like Facebook and Google<br /> ● Work closely with the agency partners to ensure proper execution of the<br /> campaigns<br /> ● Build the required reporting to monitor performance, analyse consumer flows<br /> and optimise the same.<br /> ● Collaborate with the Product team to build & test various product flows and<br /> landing pages.<br /> ● Work closely with the design team for all marketing creatives. Build required<br /> framework for A/B Testing and reporting for the same.<br /> Who are you<br /> ● Performance Marketeer at your core, but looking to / in the process of<br /> broadening your horizon..<br /> ● 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Experience in DTC brand a<br /> plus<br /> ● In-depth understanding of Facebook and Google Ads suite along with Google<br /> Analytics and other tracking & automation tools<br /> ● High sense of ownership and a strong collaborato
