Chief of Staff to CEO

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, supporting organizational priorities, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution of critical initiatives. This role will involve working closely with senior leadership, board members, clinicians, and external stakeholders. It is a senior leadership position ideal for candidates from top-tier consulting firms (MBB or similar) with proven experience in healthcare and life sciences projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize, and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects in areas such as healthcare delivery models, operational excellence, digital transformation, and growth strategy.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and analyses for board meetings, investors, and leadership forums.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor organizational performance and strategic outcomes.
• Ensure alignment across business units, hospital operations, and clinical teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clinicians, senior executives, and external partners.
• Serve as the CEO’s delegate in select meetings and forums, ensuring continuity of leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or equivalent from a top-tier business school.
• Experience:
  • 6 – 10 years of experience, including 3 – 5 years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or similar).
  • Strong track record in healthcare/life sciences engagements (hospital operations, pharma, biotech, med-tech, or digital health).
  • Demonstrated experience in advising and working with C-suite leadership.
