<p>MARKETING HEAD &ndash; LOGO INFOSOFT INDIA &ndash; JOB DESCRIPTION &ndash; SEP 2023</p> <p>POSITION: Marketing Head - CaptainBiz</p> <p>ORGANIZATION: Logo InfoSoft</p> <p>LOCATION: India Corporate Office &ndash; Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra</p> <p>REPORTING TO: Chief Executive Officer, India</p> <p>Logo InfoSoft India</p> <p>Logo Infosoft was established in 2016 as a joint venture between a publicly listed company on the</p> <p>Istanbul stock exchange called Logo Yazilim and a US-based fund called GSF Software Labs. It currently</p> <p>employs over 300 people in India across 63 cities and 20 states.</p> <p>Logo&#39;s parent company, Logo Yazilim was established in 1984 and has been trading on the Istanbul</p> <p>stock exchange since 2003. It provides productivity and competitiveness solutions specifically designed</p> <p>for SMEs, including enterprise resource management, supply chain and demand chain automation,</p> <p>customer relationship management, and business process design consulting. Logo has a worldwide</p> <p>presence in the field of business applications with over 85,000 customers globally.</p> <p>India has a vibrant economy with approximately 63 million registered MSMEs (Micro, Small and</p> <p>medium-size enterprises) on track for digitization, mandated by GST (Goods and Services Tax). With</p> <p>increasing momentum towards a digital, Logo Infosoft aims to replicate the same position of</p> <p>dominance in India and help improve the core operations of SMEs under the aegis of its digital billing</p> <p>product called CaptainBiz.</p> <p>CaptainBiz is an easy-to-use SaaS product that helps businesses manage inventory, financial operations</p> <p>and remain GST compliant.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &ndash; OBJECTIVES &amp; ATTRIBUTUES:</p> <p>OBJECTIVES:</p> <p>1. First Quarter &ndash;</p> <p>1) Developing Product and Market Understanding</p> <p>2) Identify Consumer Behaviour</p> <p>3) Brand Positioning and Identity</p> <p>4) Setup Analytics for Performance Measurement</p> <p>2. Following Two Quarters &ndash;</p> <p>1. Create Brand Communication and Launch Multiple Test Marketing Campaigns across Channels</p> <p>(online and offfline)</p> <p>2. Tighten Subscriber Communication</p> <p>3. Scale up Test Marketing and Intensity of Campaigns</p> <p>4. Optimize Campaigns and Communication to drive Subscriptions</p> <p>3. Next Three Quarters &ndash;</p> <p>1) Ensure Sustained Scalability and Optimization of Marketing and Branding Initiatives</p> <p>2) Improve Subscriber Awareness, Logins and Engagement</p> <p>3) Retain customers while increasing ARPU4) Target 50k Subscribers by Mar 2024</p> <p>5) Target 200k Subscribers base by Mar 2025</p> <p>ATTRIBUTES -</p> <p>Must Have:</p> <p>1. Hands-on experience in Marketing of Consumer Tech Products - should be able to think and</p> <p>lead: Brand positioning | Brand identity |Brand communication,</p> <p>2. Hands-on experience of running Digital Marketing (SEO, paid marketing, performance</p> <p>metrics, content marketing),</p> <p>3. Excellent Exposure to Growth Tools such as SEMrush and Analytics Tools such as Mix Panel,</p> <p>Clever Tap, Google Analytics,</p> <p>4. Hand-on experience in Writing Code (Development) at some point in time during his career</p> <p>or during college as a freelancer.</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>5. Prefer one who is grounded with a strong perspective and exposure to human nature,</p> <p>behaviour and mindset - well-read and exposed, with general understanding about the world</p> <p>around him/her and the ability to have an intelligent conversation.</p> <p>6. Having Strategic bent of mind, can think big, innovative and creative, driven by ideas and</p> <p>experiments, capable of painting a growth story and able to pitch that story, to both internal</p> <p>and external touch points.</p> <p>7. Having Exemplary command over spoken English and Hindi. Additional Regional language</p> <p>proficiency will be a bonus</p> <p>Good to have:</p> <p>8. Be good to have someone with prior start-up experience, having faced goals and challenges,</p> <p>a self-starter of entrepreneurial nature, and track to build, mentor, lead teams to success.</p> <p>QUALIFICATION: Master&rsquo;s Degree in Management from reputed B-School and Bachelors in Computer</p> <p>Sciences and/or Engineering</p> <p>REMUNERATION: Remuneration will be matching the market criteria and industry standards</p>
