Job Summary

The Intune and Packaging Specialist role plays a critical part in our IT operations by creating, testing, and deploying application packages using Microsoft Intune and Win32 applications. This position is essential for ensuring the effective management of application lifecycles, automating deployment processes, and troubleshooting issues within enterprise environments. The specialist will contribute to the organization’s goals through efficient application deployment and management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure application packages for deployment via Microsoft Intune using Win32 app packaging and Advanced Installer.
• Conduct thorough testing of application packages to ensure functionality, compatibility, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage the deployment of applications to devices using Intune, ensuring seamless delivery with minimal disruption to end users.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application packaging, deployment, and updates.
• Maintain detailed documentation of packaging processes, configurations, and deployment procedures for future reference.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune or System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for application and policy management.
• Expertise in Win32 app packaging and tools like Advanced Installer.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of modern deployment techniques, including MSIX.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and device management.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other application packaging tools and deployment technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements for application deployment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application packaging, deployment, and management in enterprise environments.

Environment

This is a full-time position with openings available across PAN India. The work setting may include remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements depending on the candidate's location and company policy.

Salary

Estimated salary range is ₹1,000,000 annually.
