Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NoSQL Database Administrator (DBA) who will be responsible for managing and maintaining our NoSQL database systems. This role involves optimizing database performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our development teams to align database solutions with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Optimize and tune database systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Ensure data integrity and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy database solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor database performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration, with a focus on NoSQL technologies.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing ElasticSearch databases.
• Strong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.
• Knowledge of database migration and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and services.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in NoSQL Database Administration.
• Proven track record of managing ElasticSearch databases effectively.

Environment

• This is a full-time, contractual position based in Kolkata, Mumbai, or Gurugram.
• The role may require occasional travel or remote work, depending on project needs.
