Job Description: Logistics Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and reduce discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage transportation for product deliveries, optimizing routes and reducing costs.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with transport vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery services.
• Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient product handling and dispatch.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records for shipments, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any logistics or delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for operational improvement.

 

 

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (furniture industry experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of local Bangalore geography is preferred.
