Hence KWIL will be 100% part of the <br /> Magnum IC company with its India head office in Mumbai. <br /> The Role:Assistant Finance Manager <br /> Description of the Role <br /> We are looking for multiple candidates in different parts of IC Finance team which includes <br /> Finance business Partner, Performance Management, Controllership, CD finance, Tax, etc. <br /> Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally skilled <br /> Chartered Accountant who cleared the CA Final Examination in the first attempt and <br /> possesses 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit. The ideal <br /> candidate will be responsible for leading and executing statutory audit engagements for a <br /> diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks (e.g., <br /> Companies Act, 2013, Accounting Standards, SAs, and Ind AS). This role is a key position <br /> for future growth into a management profile. <br /> As an Asst Finance Manager in a Business Partnering role, responsibilities include: <br /> • The statutory auditor's core responsibilities encompass the entire audit lifecycle <br /> for medium to large companies, starting with developing and executing risk-based <br /> audit plans compliant with SAs. This involves meticulously reviewing financial <br /> statements (B/S, P&L, C/F) to ensure a true and fair view under Ind AS/AS, <br /> alongside testing internal financial controls (IFC). Furthermore, the role mandates <br /> ensuring strict compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and CARO, culminating <br /> in the drafting of audit reports and certifying statements, while actively identifying <br /> and reporting any instances of fraud or non-compliance <br /> • Asst. Manager – Customer Development Finance: Leading performance <br /> management at the Branch; Responsible for distributor life cycle partnering – <br /> distributor appointments, exits, attrition management, ROI; Operation controls and <br /> outliers <br /> • Asst Manager – Category Finance: End-to-end P&L responsibility for delivering <br /> growth and unlocking profitability improvement, cash up and forecasting; identify <br /> opportunities to improve realisation; Drive discussions with category heads on <br /> performance management Asst. Manager – Supply Chain Finance: Driving gross <br /> margin and savings delivery, managing business waste; Preparing investment <br /> business cases with supply chain partners; Working with procurement team to <br /> identify areas of opportunity wherein significant value can be unlocked <br /> • Asst Manager - Finance Excellence Team: Driving business performance metrics and <br /> performance management for Categories. Enabling delivery of business financial <br /> targets; Driving forecast process hygiene Controlling Financial <br /> Controlling is the fundamental building block of our function. A role here is an opportunity to <br /> develop your financial accounting, reporting and control skills as well as providing objectivity <br /> and challenge to the business. Working in this team will give you broad exposure to the rest <br /> of the business as you build partnerships as a trusted change agent, actively driving the risk <br /> management agenda for the business. You will have the opportunity to develop project <br /> management skills and will get exposure to expertise areas such as tax and pensions. As <br /> part of the Controllers team you will have the opportunity to either work in one of our <br /> Accounting Centres, Financial Reporting or Investor Relations. <br /> Experience and skills required: <br /> The preferred candidate would have 1-5 years of Finance experience with following key <br /> skills: <br /> • Strong financial fundamentals along with solid business partnering skills. <br /> • Strong systems understanding required due to the technical nature of the role. <br /> • Experience in an Operating Country and some level of Global experience preferred <br /> • Accounting / Supply chain finance background desirable. <br /> • Ability to directly partner and challenge business partners by delivering concise <br /> messages / making the complex simple / getting to the right business insights <br /> • Strong Modelling/Mathematical/Analytical skill a must. <br /> • Excellent communication skills, including written English <br /> • Strong work ethic, great attitude, self-starting & proactive mind-set, resilience in the <br /> face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines and <br /> attention to detail. <br /> • Need to be able to roll up your sleeves <br /> Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & <br /> consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour. <br /> We are committed to developing and nurturing talent within our Ice Cream company.
