Job Summary

The AI/ML Engineer will play a crucial role in advancing the development of Conversational AI solutions. This position aims to enhance the capabilities of the organization through innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques. By leveraging extensive experience with language models and related technologies, the engineer will contribute to building intelligent systems that improve user interaction and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for Conversational AI applications.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and BERT for specific use cases.
• Develop and manage prompt engineering processes to enhance AI output quality.
• Utilize Azure OpenAI Services and APIs to facilitate integration with existing systems.
• Create and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework (SDK, Composer) to build and deploy bots.
• Develop applications utilizing Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and AI Foundry to drive automation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate Microsoft Graph and other REST APIs into AI systems.
• Implement architecture for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and manage embedding and vector databases to improve retrieval efficiency.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years experience in AI/ML or Conversational AI.
• Proficient in large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including GPT and BERT.
• Experience in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Services and relevant APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and its functionalities.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Bot Framework (SDK, Composer).
• Experience with Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and AI Foundry.
• Strong integration skills with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, embeddings, and vector databases is required.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for coding and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML technologies specifically related to Conversational AI.
