<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="background:white">We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to help us build our brand awareness and drive user adoption and preference within the category. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what make us unique and communicate it to the world</span>. As a high growth startup having both online and offline presence, you would have the first-hand experience of drafting brand & creative guidelines and build positioning by driving narratives amongst the right target audiences via online and offline campaigns. You would be a key person to manage the agencies- both offline, online (digital) and creatives to ensure smooth flow of operations and campaign execution. You’ll need to have an understanding of consumer buying behaviours; customer personas along with a deep understanding in full-funnel marketing. You will be contributing significantly to build a strong brand with a great value proposition and to achieve B2C as well as omnichannel business goals.</span></span></p>

<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">In-depth knowledge of brand marketing, Offline activations & an understanding of consumer behaviour and campaign design and communications. </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Excellent communication skills – Written & verbal.</span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Proven working experience as Brand/Marketing Manager</span></span></span></span></li>
