Job Summary

The Workday Testing role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of Workday applications related to various functions. The incumbent will conduct testing activities pertaining to absence and time tracking, integration, and functional core Human Capital Management (HCM), among others, contributing to the organization's overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of Absence & Time Tracking modules to ensure functionality aligns with operational requirements.
• Validate integrations between Workday and other systems, focusing on both outbound and inbound data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and ensure that Workday's functionalities meet business needs.
• Execute functional testing across core HCM modules and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Support the recruitment module's testing activities to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday Applications and their functionalities.
• Experience in testing Absence & Time Tracking, integrations, and HCM processes.
• Proficient with business process analysis and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications: Workday certifications are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with recruitment modules in Workday.
• Knowledge of additional Workday modules or configurations.
• Experience with automation testing tools.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Testing or related roles is preferred.
