Job Summary

Seeking an L3 Engineer with strong expertise in Intune Autopatch and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to manage enterprise patching, compliance, OS updates, and endpoint lifecycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intune Autopatch for update rings, quality updates, and feature updates.
• Deploy patches, applications, and OS updates via SCCM/Intune.
• Troubleshoot Autopatch, Intune, and SCCM client issues.
• Maintain device compliance, configuration profiles, and baselines.
• Handle Operating System Deployment (OSD), task sequences, and endpoint lifecycle tasks.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to enforce best practices.

Qualifications

• Total of 6 years of experience, including 4+ years of relevant experience with SCCM and/or Intune at a L3 level.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Intune Autopatch.
• Strong skills in patch management, Operating System Deployment (OSD), log troubleshooting, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is preferred.
