Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager who can play an all-round role, supporting core finance operations, strategic planning, compliance, and reporting. This is a high-impact opportunity to work in a fast-scaling startup and contribute to BigHaat’s next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly book closures and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IND-AS and statutory audit requirements.

- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Drive annual operating plans (AOP), budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Analyze variances and provide insights to leadership.

- Business Finance & MIS
- Partner with business teams to track performance, KPIs, and unit economics.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and margin analysis.

- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flows, working capital cycles, and optimize fund utilization.
- Coordinate with banks for fund management and related activities.

- Ensure GST, TDS, ROC, and income tax compliances.
- Strengthen internal controls and process efficiency.

- Investor & Stakeholder Support
- Assist in investor reporting, due diligence, and board presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA Mandatory
- –7 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts; startup, agritech, or retail sector experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
- Hands-on with Excel, Tally/SAP/ERP systems; Power BI or data tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work cross-functionally.
