<div>Scale of 100-200 Cr should have seen</div>
<div>Topline role</div>
<div>How to acquire new users? - App based growth, digital marketing</div>
<div>Channels - App is the main, look forward to expanding to quick commerce, ecom, other platforms may be MT/ GT; Partnerships</div>
<div>Existing users: Farming existing customers, retention, upselling</div>
<div>Offline business - Topline (not priority 1)</div>

<div>Aman and one other co-founder are taking care at the moment. Agencies, creative teams are existing.</div>
<div>Team: Support system in place, will be able to scale up the team as they grow</div>
<div>Strategy + execution, do the first couple of pilots themselves. Initially very hands on.</div>

<div>Sector: Someone from an app based set up, or proven problem solving aptitude from D2C</div>
<div>CTC: Open at the moment - 30-50L + ESOPs + Strong variable component</div>
