Job Description


Strategic Leadership:
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
•    Manage and drive P&L, revenue growth, MIS management. 
•    Drive revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets for all online sales channels.
•    Manage product and pricing strategy across all digital touchpoints. 
•    Identify new opportunities for growth, including marketplaces, international expansion, and strategic partnerships.
•    Ability to present direction and clear reporting to the senior management weekly for all digital channels, with clearly defined monthly and annual digital goals. 
Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
•    Work closely with the performance team to optimize paid media (Amazon, Flipkart, Qcomm, Google Ads, Meta, and affiliate programs). 
•    Work closely with Design teams to optimise Advertising and Listing content. 
•    Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social commerce including influencer collaborations.
•    Develop and oversee CRM strategies for customer retention and engagement.
Operations & Analytics:
•    Lead e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
•    Leverage data analytics to track KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
•    Implement A/B testing and data-driven insights to enhance e-commerce conversion rates.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
•    Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team.
•    Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and optimize inventory management.
•    Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and tech vendors.
