Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled developer with hands-on experience in SAP ABAP RAP to design, develop, and maintain high-quality business applications within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing enterprise solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient SAP ABAP RAP applications following best practices.
• Design and build server-side CDS views and define business logic using RAP architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and UI developers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance and quality standards.
• Document code, design specifications, and system configurations accurately.
• Participate in regular code reviews and team meetings to maintain high coding standards and share technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP RAP development and a strong understanding of Core Data Services (CDS) and RAP architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP’s development tools and environments, including Eclipse and SAP Web IDE.
• Solid understanding of OData services, RESTful APIs, and web protocols.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 for front-end development.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to additional programming languages or frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, SQL).
• Certifications in SAP development or related areas.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in SAP ABAP RAP or similar SAP development projects.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications within the SAP environment.
