POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of our Institutional and B2B Sales Manager will be to scope the market nationally and identify the right offline B2B partners
where behno New York handbags can be distributed. These potential partners include, but aren’t limited to, luxury boutiques, departmental stores, institutional partners like airlines,
hospitality, gifting opportunities, etc. Opening and fostering relationships and managing the business will be completely under the purview of our Institutional and B2B Sales
Manager.

Manager.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BOTH INDIA AND USA MARKETS:
1. Scope the domestic market for relevant partners and make a yearly plan of distribution to be completed along with sales to be achieved.
2. Meet and foster relationships with relevant staff of the potential partners to align the commercial terms.
3. For store based activity:
a. Share cataloguing details / linesheets as necessary and align the assortment.
b. Coordinate delivery of stock to the various distribution locations and ensure the right placement, planogramming and merchandising is done at each store
front.
c. Work with B2B stores and ensure product knowledge sessions are done on a regular basis to ensure all product information is adequately relayed.
4. For institutional and other relevant partners:
a. Identify and appoint gifting distributors and other such opportunities.
b. Foster bulk deals for behno New York with potential partners.
c. Liaise with the production department to ensure the products are manufactured and delivered to the customer on a timely basis.
5. Handle and maintain immaculate records of credit periods and account receivables with these customers.
6. Ensure inventory management at a store level is top notch.
7. Cultivate and maintain a seamless and healthy relationship with the owner of each store / institutional partner to ensure proper business metrics are tracked.
8. Keep record and track customers contacted and customers converted.
9. Report the sales and updates every week to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate in any field. MBA is an added benefit.
2. Due weightage will be given to relevant certifications.
3. Minimum three (3) years proven work experience in institutional and offline sales.
4. Existing relationships in the gifting / institutional field and offline luxury boutiques is essential.
5. Deep understanding of accounting in relation to the accounts being managed.
6. Strong communication skills and key account management knowledge.
7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
8. Ability to tactfully navigate connections and foster new relationships with or without introductions.
9. Must be able to work individually and also in a team dynamic.
10. Pleasing personality and adept at working in startup mode with high pressure and working hours as needed.
